Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact between Head office & branch office

Undertake the task of liaison  with hospitals & institutions

Handle requests and queries appropriately

Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders

Compile data for report taking

Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
