Dear Sirs,

We are a recruitment and consultancy organisation and for one of our
clients, we are looking for a person who can source (Collect) and
Courier publications to us, 3 times a week. This is a part time job
and can also be done by a senior citizen or a Physically
-Orthopaedically Handicapped person. Please inform us immediately in
case you can help find this person. Here are the details:


Prerequisite:

1. Identification of the person who will collect the required
publications and send it to Baroda on a predefined schedule

2. Following cities to be looked at

a. Ahmadabad (17 Pubs)

b. Chandigarh (14 Pubs)

c. Lucknow (16 Pubs)

d. Nagpur (14 Pubs)

e. Pune (24 Pubs)

3. Tie-ups with the newspaper distributor/vendor should be done
for the procurement of the publications for a specified set of
publications (centre-wise list will be provided)

4. Continuous/uninterrupted service from the person would be
required. Back-up should be available in case of person doesn't wish
to continue/falls sick/goes out of station in case of extended period
etc..

6. Person should have the following

a. Computer Skills along with the availability of computer -
This can be done from a Cyber Cafe also.

b. E-mail Facility

c. Mobile no

Deliverables:

1. Publications should be dispatched on a Tri-weekly basis as
per the following schedule.

· Tuesday: Sunday/Monday/Tuesday

· Thursday: Wednesday/Thursday,

· Saturday: Friday/Saturday

2. Publications should be sent with all the supplements,
features, sections, and special issues.

3. Any material, advts, news, literature of the issue should not
be cut (need intact copy)

4. All the publications dispatches should have covering letter
filled with all the required information (Publication/Supplementary
Name, Place of publications, Issue date. Total no of issues etc.)
(Specimen will be provided as we have printed copies).

5. Free samples with publications & product sample with advts.

6. Publications should be packed in plastic sheets during rainy season.

7. All the page nos should match which are mentioned on front page.

8. Publications should be packed & labeled properly so that it
will not get misplaced

9. Publications should be sent in the name of __________ at Baroda Office



Terms and condition:

1. Service cost of Rs. 2500/- would be paid per month

2. Publication and courier cost would be paid on actual against
the bills on a monthly basis.

3. Courier set up/tie ups needs to be done for effective cost

4. Printed envelopes (large size) along with the PCL (parcel
covering letters) would be provided on a regular basis as and when
need arise

5. Cost for Stationary (staplers with pins) and packing material
would be provided against the bills

6. For collecting any missing issues/supplements/pages from any
other source, conveyance would be paid on actual

7. Payment would be done on a monthly basis

8. Contractual agreement will be done with the person

9. If a person wishes to discontinue from the assigned job,
prior intimation of one month notice would be required

We are not charging any Fee to any person for this Job.
