Post : Resident Manager
At : Smiles , A non profit Old Age Home
Location : Near Medchal Town
Qualifications : preferably a graduate . Basic computer knowledge .
Languages : English & Telugu .
Working knowledge is enough
Age : Middle aged . Even upto 60 yrs provided they are very active can be considered .
Duties : 1)To be a task master directing and guiding a team of 16 workers consisting of : Cooks,
House keeping Maids , Nurses , Security , Driver etc
2) Be a son/friend to 45 senior citizens who reside there .
3) Daily reporting over E Mail to Trustees
4) Simple accounts & Cash management
5) Material Purchase & Cost Control
6) Maintenance of equipment
Compensation : 2 lac per annum + Furnished accommodation + All Meals to A Couple or single . Also free TV , Cell Phone , Car & driver at disposal
