Insurance advisors - TATA AIA


BUSINESS OFFER WITHOUT INVESTMENT

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a business of selling Insurance Plans of TATA AIA Life Insurance Company Limited.  As you know well , the insurance agent will get  commission on the premium collected.  If the agent wants to earn more money he has to always find new customers to earn income.  But TATA AIA is having a specific strategy of marketing which gives much more benefits to its sales force. 

DIRECT COMMISSION:  From January, 2014 onwards the company has newly announced the direct commission % to all its sales personnel as detailed below. There are two streams of marketing chains in TATA AIA. In stream-one there will be Advisors, Senior Advisors and Executive Advisors. The lowest sales person i.e., Advisor (referred as agent in other companies) will get 28%, 25% & 15% of commission on premium collected as per plans taken by the customer. As far as I know, this commission is the best in the industry.  Apart from the commission, the company is also providing Incentives, Special Gifts and Foreign Country trips which you may not found in other companies.

INDIRECT COMMISSION: In stream-two there will be Probationary Business Associates, Business Associates and Master Business Associates. This is a very good feature which is more beneficial.

STEP-1 : As an advisor if you fulfill the target of Rs.1.20 Lacks premium collection within 3 months and with 3 policies, you will be upgraded as Probationary Business Associate(PBA).  After obtaining the promotion you are eligible to recruit down line new advisors as per terms and conditions of the company.  You will be getting certain defined % commission on premiums collected by your down line advisors.  There is no limitation of new underline joining.

STEP-2 : After your down line new advisor becomes a Probationary Business Associate, he will also recruit his down line as you did.  This new joiner will be step-2 advisor from your level.  Here also you will be getting certain defined % commission on premiums collected by your step-2 advisor. Here you will be designated as Business Associate (BA).

As defined by the company a PBA will get from 10% to 30% commission and a BA you will get from 5% to 32% commission on the premiums collected by the down line advisors of both the steps. However the commission percentages will vary according to the activity of the underline advisors both in Step-1 & 2 and as per slabs and other parameters notified by the company.

RENEWAL COMMISSION: Also please note that you are entitled for commission on the renewal premiums of your direct business done. This will be your regular income in subsequent years.
