The BMC's Rain Water Harvesting Cell has entrusted Ashwamedh Senior
Citizens Division the responsibility for creating awareness regarding
water conservation amongst school children.



The BMC has published a series of booklets, posters and information
material for spreading awareness about saving water. These booklets
contain drawings and stories on availability of water, water cycle,
use of water in industries, purity of water.



The BMC has been disseminating this literature in municipal schools
through municipal school teachers and they would now like to reach out
to private schools as well.
