A leading Real Estate Company with operations across the country has the following immediate requirement :
Position : Customer Relations Officer
Role : Interact with potential clients on the phone, understand requirement, and then pass on the leads to the sales team . Shuld be able to document the discussions and work on the computer effeciently .
Skills : Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi , customer services attitude
Location : Gurgaon
Timings : 10:00 am - 6 pm
Salary : approximately 15000pm +
Customer CRM system is NOT JAWS friendly , hence candidates using JAWS or any other screen reading software will not be suitable for the role . uitable candidates should apply immediately to pwd@anubhuti.biz
