Our client is an HR consultancy firm based at Gurgaon ... and it is poised for exponential growth over the next 1-2 years . It is looking out for Recruitment Executives across the country in order to expand its existing sourcing team

 

The job would involve sourcing candidates through jobsites, working closely with headhunters ,recruitment firms, professional networks etc .It would also involve talking to the candidates and evaluating them for a role fitment  ... this person can work from the comforts of his / her home .. the only requirement would be adherence to time lines... apart, of course, from the quality of work .

   The candidate has to be someone who has an analytical bent of mind ... specialization in HR is NOT required .. just a mature person with logical thinking ... with high computer proficiency. This person would also need to have excellent communication skills in English Language .
